The problem with many standard inspection systems: with stackable containers, the opening is lower than the shoulders. Conventional cameras cannot detect whether the neck is round, straight or slanted.

The solution: CHECK360’s unique 3D camera and laser technology inspects precisely from above, detecting slant, ovality and dimensional deviations.

For a 360° inspection, the container is secured with clamping straps so that it can be examined from above, below and from all sides. The result: complete optical inspection and absolute safety.
